You can send an invitation to someone to let him/her review you. The invitation is sent by email to this person and link directly to your profile, starting the review process.

After a review has been submitted, you will receive a notification by email and we will display on your dashboard that a review is pending, waiting approval. You can then either accept or reject the client's relationship. The name of the person who reviewed you won't be displayed after you have accepted his review.

No, you pay for 6 months at a time

After 1 year, you can cancel your subscription at any time with a 3-month notice period. You do this easily on the dashboard, under "Subscription".You will receive a confirmation email immediately after cancelling your renewal

Advokatguiden Premium is valid for one year. If you have cancelled your renewal before the end of your period, you'll still benefit of your advantages, until the end.

Leads are direct demands submitted by users on Advokatguiden, after filling the following form. Leads are manually checked by our team before being forwarded to you. These leads includes client's name, contact informations, location, legal expertise required and a message to describe the need.

On your dashboard, under Lead section, you can activate the feature and choose what expertise you would like to receive leads on. Then, leads are sent to your email, and also displayed on your Lead section on your dashboard. You can have a complete follow up on them and sort your demands.

Yes, leads are a Premium feature and require to have a Premium subscription to be activated. Special deals can be done with law firms and lawyers, you can contact sales to get more information.

Yes, you can choose what legal category you want to receive leads on, alongside the desired location, either city or counties.

Yes, leads are an extra to the Premium subscription and are billed 300NOK per lead received.

Yes, you can set a limit on how many leads you want to receive per month.

You can turn on turn off leads anytime on your settings. However you'll still have to pay for the lead you have received before your turned it off.

Payments on Advokatguiden are made with invoicing. If you have subscribed to leads or bought a Premium profiles, you'll receive invoices on the email you have provided to us.

If you believe that there is a mistake in the invoicing, you can contest your invoice by contacting our support and the contact email in the invoice.

Invoices aren't stored on Advokatguiden but we can provide an historical of all your invoices if you need.

Invoices have to be paid within the month you have received it, to ensure the maintaining of your Premium account.
