Kommentar om bistand i to saker
Jeg har brukt Finn Ove Smith som advokat i to prosesser, den ene knyttet til deling av eiendeler og den andre med hensyn til et barns omsorg. I begge prosesser ga Finn Ove Smith en dårlig service. Ved deling av eiendeler ga Finn Ove Smith beskjed om at jeg hadde alt for å vinne saken, men i forliksrǻdet, da motparten fremførte flere forvirrende argumenter som jeg informerte til Finn Ove Smith var feilaktige beskrivelser fra min motpart, handlet ikke Finn Ove Smith for å oppklare saken og som et resultat ble saken henlagt. Når det gjelder barnets omsorg, endte jeg opp med å bytte advokat etter at Finn Ove Smith gjorde en avtale med motparten mot det jeg tydelig hadde sagt til ham ikke var ønskelig fra min side. I løpet av prosessen var han også ganske uhøflig mot meg. Jeg kan ikke anbefale Finn Ove Smith.
